Standard Care Package - Home Birth

Midwifery Package is $3,200

Medicaid Package - Home Birth

Midwifery Package is $1,500

The following is a list of services, if required, are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the client.

Rhogam injections for prevention of Rh isoimmunization;
IV antibiotics administered to treat Group B Strep.
Certified Medical Translator
After hours call for Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant.
Non-routine or diagnostic lab services (billable through MOST insurances including Medicaid) referral provided
Ultrasounds (billable through MOST insurances including Medicaid) referral provided
Non-stress testing & bio-physical profile (billable through MOST insurances including Medicaid) referral provided
Physician, hospital, laboratory, and hospital anesthesia charges; (billable through MOST insurances including Medicaid)
EMS charges for emergency services in the home and/or transport to hospital, if needed;
Independent Childbirth Education class fees (we highly recommend Hypnobabies);
Independent hiring of Birth and/or Postpartum Doula fees...
